Champion REIT Results for the Half Year ended 30 June 2011
-While Revenue and Distributable Income were down marginally from the first half of 2010, there was a notable improvement over the second half of 2010.
-Citibank Plaza revenue was HK$570 million, down 4.1% compared to a year ago but up 6.4% over the second half of 2010.
-Langham Place revenue was HK$381 million, up 4.3% from a year ago, and unchanged over the second half of 2010.
-Distributable Income was HK$569 million, down 0.9% compared to a year ago but up 11.6% over 2H 2010. The interim Distribution per Unit is HK$0.1048, representing an annualized yield of 5.4% on a HK$3.88 unit price.
-Appraised Value of property portfolio has increased 6.6% to HK$53.5 billion.
-NAV per Unit is now HK$7.42 up from HK$6.72 in Dec 2010.
-Gearing ratio improved to 25.7% from 28.4% in Dec 2010.
