Is there another timeshare refinance company beside TAMMAC listed? Does anyone know of any others?

Answer by mbrcatz17Since these things have little to no resale value, and banks DON’T want to end up holding them, you probably won’t find another one. You might want to try to get a personal loan to refinance this, or a home equity loan on your primary house.
Not that I would recommend it, I think timeshares are a HORRIBLE deal.
